Wardens and Court Assistants City Course

Previously known as the City Management Course, this is aimed at Liverymen who are approaching the Chair of a Company (Wardens or on the Court), new Clerks, and other Court members. The speakers for the course are key representatives of the City such as the Lord Mayor, the Chairman of Policy and Resources and the Assistant Town Clerk.
The purpose of the Course is primarily to give participants a deeper understanding of how the Corporation works. The Course also allows participants to discuss with City of London officers issues like the role of the Mayoralty, planning and transport, and economic crime under "Chatham House" rules.

There is a charge of £40 for the course, which is refundable, providing 10 days notice is given. If you wish to cancel your place please contact the Course Administrator at livery.courses@cityoflondon.gov.uk

Please note that the booking facility will close 5 days before a course date or as soon as the maximum number of participants for a course has been reached.
N.B. in order to allow every livery company the opportunity to send a representative of their company on this course, please do not book more than 2 places for your company. You may apply for more places from 1 September 12, providing there are places left.
